兵棋推演計畫主持人為湯廣正，使用他主持設計的KTT的科普兵推系統。最初的兩岸戰事1.0版本於2024年7月開始運作，並在台灣各地多間高中和大學進行推廣。現行的2.0版本開始於2025年8月運作。

The TDSI Wargame Project is based on KTT’s Wargame, designed by K. Tristan Tang. It originated with the launch of Cross-Strait Conflict 1.0 in July 2024, which was promoted across numerous high schools and universities in Taiwan for over a year. This led to the release of Version 2.0 in August 2025.
