溫約瑟 Y. Joseph Wen
1998年生於臺北市，畢業於東吳大學音樂系。國中時的興趣是把世界地圖墊在桌墊下反覆背記，又因同學的啟發而對解放軍產生濃厚興趣。
數年來，他定位了無數張解放軍軍事報導影像，旨在揭開解放軍資訊之迷霧，並增進大眾對公開情報的興趣。其製作的「中國人民解放軍基地與設施」互動地圖亦曾受外媒廣泛報導，並著有《請支援搜尋！你也可以用公開資訊破解共軍行動！》（OSINT on the PLA: How to Track China’s Military Activities Using Open-Source Intelligence）一書。
Born in 1998 in Taipei City, Joseph graduated from the Department of Music at Soochow University. As a junior high school student, he spent hours memorizing world maps placed under his desk mat and, inspired by a classmate, developed a deep interest in the People’s Liberation Army (PLA).
Over the years, he has geolocated countless images from PLA military reports in an effort to cut through the fog surrounding Chinese military developments and to spark public interest in open-source intelligence. His interactive map project, PLA Bases and Facilities, has been widely covered by international media. He is also the author of OSINT on the PLA: How to Track China’s Military Activities Using Open-Source Intelligence (請支援搜尋！你也可以用公開資訊破解共軍行動).
